An open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The dining table, accommodating four guests, offers a delightful space for shared meals and memorable conversations. A door from the dining area leads to a charming side patio, perfect for soaking in the serene surroundings.

KITCHEN
The sleek black kitchen boasts modern amenities, including an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. For your convenience, a tea kettle, drip coffee maker, and toaster are also provided, ensuring you have everything you need for a delightful culinary experience.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
Retreat to the inviting primary bedroom located on the upper floor. This serene space features a queen-size bed and a glass door that opens to a private balcony, allowing you to revel in the enchanting views. To ensure comfort, a fan is thoughtfully placed in the closet.

PROPERTY ACCESSIBILITY 
Multiple staircases traverse the property grounds, and it is a short walk from the parking lot to your unit. Stairs are required to access some units and common areas. This is a two-story unit. The bedrooms in this condominium are located on the second floor, and they require stairs to reach them. 

WALKING TO THE PLAZA 
The Santa Fe Plaza is about a 10-minute downhill walk from the property. Please keep in mind the return trip will be uphill and take around 20 minutes.

Note: There will be construction taking place on the roof and HVAC units at Fort Marcy until Spring 2024.

RESERVATION POLICY
When booking, a 20% deposit is required upfront, with the final balance due 7 days before your arrival. Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of booking for reservations more than 9 days before arrival without penalties. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before arrival will forfeit the 20% deposit, while those canceled within 7 days are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the final payment, even for date changes. Consider purchasing the Travel Protection Plan for full refunds in unforeseeable circumstances. Bookings within 7 days of the stay must be fully paid upfront and are nonrefundable. Due to careful scheduling, late payments result in reservation cancellation, and no partial refunds are granted for early departures or late arrivals.
