This cozy two-bedroom condo is a perfect destination for a quick getaway in downtown Santa Fe. It is located just blocks from Santa Fe Plaza and enjoys easy access to the Fort Marcy Hotel Suites indoor pool and hot tub (located in the same building).

Come relax in a homey hideaway. Lean back and unwind in either of the double recliners in the living room while you watch some of your favorite shows in front of the TV. You can even turn on the electric fireplace for a little extra warmth and a charming glow.

Or make yourself something delicious in the full kitchen. It is stocked with all the cookware and dishes you need to make anything you like. Dining space for six is provided, so you have somewhere to enjoy all of that home cooking.

When it’s time to turn in, you have the option of two private bedrooms with queen beds and TVs. Between them, you’ll have room for four in your home away from home. Each of the two bedrooms is across the hall from a bathroom, so there won’t be any lines for shower time.

Just down the hill is Santa Fe Plaza. It is the beating heart of downtown Santa Fe. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, galleries, museums, and more, you could spend weeks sampling everything the plaza area has to offer. Or you could just go take a swim in the pool. It’s all yours to choose, and all so close to your own front door.

PROPERTY ACCESSIBILITY
Multiple staircases traverse the property grounds and there is a short walk from the parking lot to your unit. Climbing stairs is required to access some units and common areas. This is a two-story unit. The bedrooms in this condominium are located on the second floor—climbing stairs is required to reach them.

WALKING TO THE PLAZA
The Santa Fe Plaza is about a 10-minute downhill walk from the property. Please keep in mind the return trip will be uphill and takes around 20 minutes.
