Powder Run C-13 is a beautifully remodeled Park City condo rental that blends elegant mountain design with unmatched Deer Valley access — a modern retreat perfect for couples and families who want upscale finishes, ski convenience, and room to truly relax. With two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and sleeping for up to 6 guests, this fully updated condo delivers a premium Deer Valley experience from the moment you arrive.

The open-concept living and dining area is bright and inviting, anchored by a real wood-burning fireplace, oversized sectional sofa, and a large dining table. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame dramatic Deer Valley slope views, creating a stunning backdrop whether you're gathering for a morning coffee or unwinding after a powder day. A complimentary starter supply of firewood is provided for winter stays; additional bundles are available at the nearby grocery store.

The chef-ready kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, cabinetry, and countertops, and overlooks the main living space — an ideal setup for group meals and casual entertaining.

The primary suite offers a king bed, TV, and a spa-style ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, private water closet, and heated floors. The guest suite features a king bed plus twin bunk bed, TV, and a generous bathroom with separate vanities and a tub/shower combination — a flexible layout well-suited for families. A full-size in-unit washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

Step outside to the private mountain-view patio and unwind in your outdoor hot tub — an ideal après-ski retreat in any season. Secured underground parking and a private ski locker are included; Deer Valley Resort also offers complimentary overnight ski storage.

The location is exceptional. Powder Run C-13 is approximately 100 meters from Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley Resort, with the Silver Lake Express Lift just a five-minute walk away. The free Park City bus stops right outside the complex, placing Old Town, Main Street, and Kimball Junction within easy reach — no car needed.

Please note that Powder Run C-13 does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided for guest use during the warmer summer months.

Powder Run C-13 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our Direct to Condo process; a pre-registration form must be completed prior to arrival to receive access information. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.
