Sleeping accommodations are spread across two levels. The private primary suite is tucked downstairs, offering a king bed and an ensuite bathroom — a quiet retreat from the rest of the home. The upper level provides a second bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom, well-suited for kids or additional guests.

Three Kings 37 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our Direct to Condo process; a pre-registration form must be completed prior to arrival to receive access information. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.
