All Seasons Resort Lodging reached an exciting milestone this month!
The company is celebrating its 20th year as a national property management company, specializing in maximum rental returns, effective management, and maintenance of investment properties, and high levels of customer service.
All Seasons Resort Lodging began in 1999 when founder Alan Finnegan decided to take the chance and stretch his entrepreneurial legs and start his own property management company.
Finnegan says, “I felt like all of the pieces of my career had led to this point. Though the risks were large, I felt like the pieces of the puzzle wouldn’t have fallen into this place if it wasn’t meant to be. The opportunity seemed much greater than the risk.” This proved to be true. At its inception All Seasons Resort Lodging had 3 Park City properties, 90 rooms, and 20 employees. With Mr. Finnegan at the helm, the company’s growth surged with the economic boom brought on by the 2001 Winter Olympics – even housing 300 secret service men for the event!

Eight years in, All Seasons Resort Lodging accomplished a core goal of expanding outside of Utah in the successful acquisition of management companies in San Diego, California and Santa Fe, New Mexico. This effort could not have come to fruition without the expertise of Tom Overson, current Vice President of Guest Relations. Tom’s background managing multi-property destinations with Marriott allowed the company to learn how to manage from afar from a central corporate location.
Over twenty years of business, All Seasons Resort Lodging rode the highs and lows of the rental market while staying true to their core value—family—which extends from the internal employee base to the homeowners who have their inventory in All Seasons Resort Lodging’s nightly rental program. “It’s still the basis of what we do. We take care our homeowners’ assets, proactively communicate with them, and generate the highest rental returns that we can out of any of our competitors,” Finnegan says.
