Park City-based All Seasons Resort Management to provide HOA management services
PARK CITY, Utah – November 11, 2019 – All Seasons Resort Management brings seasoned local expertise as the new homeowners association manager at The Grand Summit Hotel in Park City, Utah. Service begins on December 1, 2019.
The Grand Summit Hotel will be the tenth Park City homeowners association to operate under All Seasons Resort Management and the third to join the program at the Canyons Base Special Planned Area (SPA) alongside HOAs at Sundial Lodge and Hidden Creek.
“We can’t think of a better way to celebrate 20 years of service in Park City this year,” said Alan Finnegan, president of All Seasons Resort Management. “The Grand Summit Hotel represents the single largest group of homeowners to join All Seasons Resort Management to date. We are eager to jump in and get started with this new relationship.”
The need for a local solution for The Grand Summit Hotel prompted the search for a new HOA management company. All Seasons Resort Management’s experience and location proved to be a winning combination. Thanks to their long experience managing homeowners associations in the Park City area, the learning curve and ramp-up time necessary to achieve a successful management transition will be minimal.
All Seasons Resort Management’s team of dedicated local personnel will coordinate closely with the on-site staff to ensure the quality of both the owner and guest experience at the luxurious The Grand Summit Hotel.
“We have built a strong working relationship with the on-site hospitality team,” said Jim Simmons, vice president of asset management for All Seasons Resort Management. “We will help to align HOA and lodging services to complement their efforts and run a smooth operation.”
