On Location & Value
Great location for visiting Santa Fe with view of mountains, walking across street to Fort Marcy park which is overlooking entire city, so also fabulous sunsets. Suite was furnished beautifully with high quality furniture and appliances. Walking distance to historic Santa Fe (but uphill on return). Added plus, indoor heated pool and hot tub. Free parking. Close to supermarkets. Would definitely return!
Wonderful place to stay when visiting Santa Fe. Each of the condominiums are nicely decorated and have everything you need to have a wonderful stay, including a full kitchen. It is like a home away from home. The location is wonderful, walking distance to the Santa Fe Plaza and downtown area and very close to many of the restaurants and galleries.
We had a wonderful time in Santa Fe. The location of our condo couldn’t have been more perfect. The views were gorgeous. Close to all the attractions and sites. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were clean and staff was very helpful.
On Space & the Full Kitchen
My family and I have stayed here many times. Always has parking available. Rooms are spotless, spacious, and property is quiet. Staff is extremely responsive to any needs. Kitchens are stocked with all that you could need for equipment. Property is well-maintained. Onsite laundry facilities for extended stays is nice. Can be to the plaza in minutes. Highly recommend!
This was the perfect place for our group. Having 3 bedrooms for our group allowed everyone to have their own space, but we could hang out in the living room and kitchen. It’s so much better than staying in multiple hotel rooms. Thanks!
This was an awesome rental! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The management was great at getting back to us about questions or concerns. The location was great, close to town but very quiet. All in all, we would definitely come back and stay in this unit.
On Views, Privacy & the Quail Run Experience
Beautiful place! The photos don’t do it justice. Immaculately clean and cozy with 2 beautiful working fireplaces. Kitchen is huge and incredibly well-stocked. Nice and private backyard and patio area. The unit is on a quiet cul-de-sac, in a very pretty Santa Fe-style and nicely maintained complex. Check-in process very easy through the front-gate security folks, who were so friendly. Definitely would stay again!
We had a great time at Fort Marcy. The location was wonderful. The complex is beautifully situated on top of a hill, and we had a lovely view from our balcony. It’s a quiet relaxing space, and a short walk to downtown. Our boys loved the indoor pool too.
What a lovely home in lovely surroundings. I lived in Santa Fe for many years and returning for a Christmas visit was made wonderful by staying at Quail Run. The staff were ever helpful, respectful and delightful. The townhome was just like my old home — I really felt at home!
Questions Guests Actually Ask
Answered directly — no marketing speak.
What’s the difference between Fort Marcy and Quail Run?
Fort Marcy Hotel Suites are casita-style condos within easy walking distance of the Historic Plaza, Canyon Road, and downtown Santa Fe dining — ideal if you want to explore on foot without a car. Quail Run is a gated, resort-style community a short drive from the Plaza with a pool, tennis courts, fitness center, and larger private homes — the right choice if privacy and amenities are the priority. Both deliver significantly more space and lower all-in costs than comparable downtown hotel rooms.
Is it cheaper to book direct vs. Airbnb or VRBO?
Yes — meaningfully so. Airbnb and VRBO add a 14–17% guest service fee on top of the base rate. On a $1,500 stay that’s $210–$255 in fees that don’t exist when you book directly here. We also back every direct booking with our Lowest Rate Guarantee: find a lower rate anywhere else and we’ll match it and discount an additional 10%.
Are there hidden fees? What’s actually included in the price?
No hidden fees. The total at checkout includes all taxes, cleaning, and applicable fees — there are no resort fees, amenity fees, or booking surcharges. Parking is included at both properties and disclosed upfront before you book.
What is the minimum stay?
Most units accept 1-night stays, particularly under the Last-Minute 20% and Summer Sale deals. The Extended Stay 30% discount requires a 30-night minimum. The booking calendar shows the minimum for each specific unit and date range when you select dates.
When is the cheapest time to visit Santa Fe?
Late fall (November–mid December) and early spring (late January–March) typically offer the best nightly rates. Summer (June–August) brings the famous Santa Fe market season, opera, and Indian Market — book 4–8 weeks out for best unit selection. Fall foliage (September–October) is increasingly popular; book early if you’re targeting those dates. Weekdays generally run lower than weekends year-round.
Is a Santa Fe condo worth it vs. a downtown hotel?
The math usually favors our properties. A downtown Santa Fe hotel room with no kitchen typically runs $200–$450/night plus $30–$50 in resort fees plus $20–$35 for parking. A Fort Marcy unit starts around $119/night with no resort fee, free parking, a full kitchen, and room for the whole group. For families or multi-person trips, the per-person cost difference is often substantial.
Do longer stays get a better nightly rate?
Yes. Our 30+ night deal takes 30% off the nightly rate — the best value available. Even outside that deal, longer stays often fall in lower-demand periods and can qualify for negotiated rates. Call us if you’re planning a week or more and we’ll look at what’s available for your specific dates.
What’s the cancellation policy?
All reservations include a 48-hour free cancellation window from the time of booking — no penalty, no fees. After that window, our standard policy applies and varies by unit and season. We also offer an optional Travel Protection Plan that covers unforeseen events including illness, weather, and travel disruptions.
Do the promo discounts require a code?
No code needed. Discounts auto-apply when you select dates that fall within the promo window — you’ll see the discount reflected in your total before checkout. To confirm a deal applies to your specific dates before booking, call us at (888) 575-2775.
